Privacy Policy

1. What information we collect

We only collect personal information that you choose to give us. We do not use Google Analytics, advertising trackers, or tracking cookies on this website.

We never ask for sensitive information such as your PAN, Aadhaar, bank account details, or passwords through these calculators, and you should never enter such details here. Please note that some calculators (for example, Net Worth or Financial Health Check) involve personal financial figures. These stay in your browser unless you choose to download a PDF report, in which case a short summary of your result is shared with us as described above.

2. Why we collect it

• To prepare your PDF report in your name, and to email a copy of it to you.
• To allow Mr. Pankaj Digambar Sahare to follow up with you about financial guidance, as you agreed when you ticked the consent box.
• To understand what you were planning (for example, the calculator and result), so that any guidance we offer is relevant to you.
• To keep a record of enquiries received through this website.

We do not use your information for any other purpose, and we do not sell, rent or share it with anyone for their own marketing.

3. Your consent

Before we collect your name, phone number, or email address, you are shown a checkbox that you must tick to confirm you agree to this use. If you do not tick the box, nothing is submitted and no report is emailed. You are always free to use every calculator without giving any personal information, simply by not downloading the PDF.

You can withdraw your consent at any time (see section 6). Withdrawing consent does not affect anything we did before you withdrew it.

4. Where your information is kept

When you download a PDF report, your details are sent to the following places:

• A private Google Sheet that only Mr. Pankaj Digambar Sahare can access. It records the date and time, your name, phone, email, the calculator used, the figures you entered, the result summary, and the page address. We also add our own follow-up notes (for example, the status of your enquiry, when we plan to contact you, and what you asked for), whether your report email was sent, and whether you have made an enquiry with us before.
• An email notification to Mr. Pankaj Digambar Sahare, delivered through a third-party form service (Web3Forms), so your enquiry can be answered promptly.
• An email to you with your PDF report attached. It is sent from our Gmail account using Google Apps Script. As with any sent email, a copy of that email (including the PDF) remains in our Gmail "Sent" folder. We may also keep a copy of the report for our records.
• A daily summary email to Mr. Pankaj Digambar Sahare listing the previous day's enquiries (name, mobile number, calculator used and result summary) and any follow-ups or appointments due, so that calls can be planned.

Your name, phone and email are also kept temporarily in your own browser (session storage), so that you are not asked to type them again if you download more than one report during the same visit. This is cleared automatically when you close the browser tab.

Google and Web3Forms may store and process this information on servers located outside India. We do not use any other database or storage service for your information.

5. How long we keep your information

We keep enquiry records (including our follow-up notes, status and appointments), sent report emails and summary emails for as long as reasonably needed to respond to your enquiry, provide follow-up guidance you have agreed to, and maintain business records. We delete them earlier if you ask us to, unless we are required by law to keep them.

6. Your rights

Under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, you have the right to:

• Ask what personal information we hold about you, and how it is being used.
• Ask us to correct or complete any inaccurate information.
• Ask us to delete your information from our records (Google Sheet, sent emails and our internal summary emails).
• Withdraw your consent to be contacted at any time. The simplest way is to reply "STOP" to the report email we sent you, or to call or WhatsApp us.
• Nominate another person to exercise these rights on your behalf in the event of your death or incapacity.
• Raise a grievance with us about how your information is handled. If your grievance is not resolved, you may approach the Data Protection Board of India, as provided under the Act.

To exercise any of these rights, call or WhatsApp us, or reply to the report email, using the details below. We will act on your request as soon as reasonably possible.

7. Information security

We take reasonable steps to protect the information you share with us:

• Information is sent only over secure (HTTPS) connections.
• Our records are kept in a private Google account that only we can access.
• To prevent misuse of our email service, we check that only genuine PDF reports are sent, and we limit how many reports can be emailed to the same address. For this purpose, a temporary count linked to the email address is kept for up to 6 hours.

However, no method of transmission or storage over the internet is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. Please avoid sharing sensitive details (such as bank account numbers, PAN, or Aadhaar) through this website.

8. Emails we send you

When you download a report, we send you one email with that report attached. If you have agreed to be contacted, Mr. Pankaj Digambar Sahare may also get in touch with you about financial guidance. We do not add you to any newsletter or mailing list without asking you. You can stop further communication at any time by replying "STOP".

9. Children's privacy

This website and its calculators are intended for adults making their own financial decisions. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under the age of 18.

10. Third-party services we use

Each of these services has its own privacy policy, which applies to how it handles information.

11. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time, for example if we start using a new tool or service. Any changes will be posted on this page with a revised "effective from" date at the top.
